Donnie McClurkin – We are Victorious!

A BREAKFAST WITH A PURPOSE
By Ewalt Ainsworth 07-16-2014

Please do not come expecting your eggs over easy and your bacon on rye.
This year’s Victoria breakfast morning promises to deliver authentic Creole dishes that are fulfilling and motivating. We need it now or never.

The organizing committee has deliberately planned the breakfast as a meeting with a purpose to discount the trials and tribulations, the deaths and debts the populace has had to endure in spite of a lofty tradition of purchasing their community 175 years ago.

Victoria needs all its peoples irrespective of their station in life. The purpose of the breakfast morning is to rekindle and recapture the spirit of togetherness and productivity.

NY GOVERNOR PARTICIPATES IN FUNERAL OF GT STATE TROOPER

By Ewalt Ainsworth                                         07 30 2013Winston Martindale

A close fortnight ago Junior Martindale, a native of New Amsterdam and former student of Queens College was laid to rest among martyrs at a simple home coming ceremony.

The scriptural reading was taken from the book of Jeremiah …(Jeremiah 29:3) and reflected and resounded  the full potential and un-explained life and times of this decorated state trooper and father of two who was interred  at the veterans cemetery in Goschen, up-state New York on Tuesday July 29.  NY’s Governor, Andrew Cuomo was among the throngs and scores of state, federal and military operatives for the late decorated state trooper of Guyanese ancestry. THE CHARM OF THE UN-ARMED

THE CHARM OF THE UN-ARMED  – videos at end

BY  EWALT AINSWORTH               08 01 2012

Two weeks of not reacting violently has put the useful PPP-idiots and TODD(lers)  in an un-expected,  untimely,  uncharted and uncomfortable position.  The PPP wanted black folks to charge against black folks and then bring in East Indians as modifiers, referees and saviors.  The charm of an un-armed populace has lifted everyone.

That plan did not work.  Upping the electricity tariffs was merely a pretext, the creation of a window to induce poverty and hardship.   Degradation and intimidation…two horns on the same goat were juxtaposed by grace and gratitude.  The people’s charm and that innate willingness of not responding violently has made all of Linden better and all of the PPP toddlers.               Continue reading

ROLL ON ROLLER

ROLL ON ROLLER

By  Ewalt Ainsworth                              07 22 2012

ALUTA CONTINUA.  On Sunday shortly after noon a massive tanker with enough fuel supplies to re-start the Linden power station arrived without incident.  The able-bodied women and seasoned men controlling the make shift road blocks gave the verbal thumbs up ROLL ON ROLLER.  But the struggle continues for the fourth consecutive day; not even the “Babylon” can get thru without chanting their intentions and sanctioned by the community based road-runners.  ASOMELYKAM.

Sunday there was no Episcopalian church in places like St Francis and St Cuthbert Missions.  The visiting priests normally access the communities via Linden.  And food shortages are reported in places like Ituni and Kwakwani…as side effects of the Linden protests.    Continue reading

I is tired – relaxing in  Ottawa, Canada.

A fortnight or 14-days or two weeks ago, myself and family gave ourselves a scholarship. This was a labba-labba-a-labba-labba scholarship where we went to Canada to say thanks to our friends and fans for fracking out our blogs and keeping track of things back in the yard.

We made stops in Hazelton PA, Scranton PA, Syracuse New York and Watertown where we also have ardent friends and followers.   Gracias my peoples.      Continue reading

SING(H)ULAR AND PLURAL

By Ewalt Ainsworth                       07 09 2012

Retired Lt. Colonel Joe Singh is back at his old job at Guyana’s Telephone and Telegraph Company (GT&T), after he was reassigned to the Guyana Gold Board.  Singh in some sectors is called Sing(h)ular as a pun to the American carrier called   CINGULAR.

Joe spent a brief six months at the re-constituted and just as suspect Guyana Gold Board.  Insiders claim that he had personality clashes with the Minister in charge, Robert Persaud who wanted him to stand to attention and literally salute.  The general staff declined and so too did Joe.  But that is a matter for a different arena.

TELECOMS local and international auditors are slightly mum about the expanse, extent and extreme criminal mischief inflicted on the Guyanese masses by corporate East Indian executives.  The monies missing may be larger than the nation’s annual budget of US85million dollars as approved by the joint parliament this year.  Jagdeo and Ramotar handpicked the scoundrels to vacuum the telephone company.  CHITNUH FUH LICK DOG.     Continue reading

JUMBIE LASH

News out of London suggests that the  BIG-BEN clock will have a name change;  it will now be BIG-BETH as a fitting tribute to Queen Elizabeth who is currently winding up month-long visit to the British commonwealth of nations.  In June the Queen had fun sitting on the throne.  London came alive in carnival style  to mark her 60th year and from all appearances Guyana did not send any official representative as part of a deliberate plan to deny the relationship.  Guyana now looks to India as its maternal and paternal blessings.

The PPP now has its own hotels, airline, tourist resorts and no allegiance to Britain.  Britain does not dole out money anymore and so no money – no love; more money – more love.  The Chinese know that too.  And at the dawn of this July month the Chinese started another project to bring electricity from Vreed-en-Hoop to Leonora as a vast ambitious project to extend the borders of the capital to Region Three.    Continue reading
