BUXTON BITES THE DUST

This writer reserves the right to withhold story of JEGGAE setting up and playing at the wrong funeral service in error.  Apparently he presumed and assumed that for everything there is a season as more and more Guyanese bite the dust here, there and everywhere.  Anyhow he caught himself and corrected himself without further hitch.

The same day Nelson Mandela celebrated his 95th birthday,
Buxton buried PRESIDENT-O…a candid candidate and promising leader for all of Guyana.

Some say President-O had an IQ almost double his body mass while others are highly suspicious and more vigilant to find a suitable replacement to re-route and re-boot virtues and values in the land that gave us all birth.

Godfey Owen was diminutive and an exceptionally gifted 31 year old.  Godfrey Owen Waterman   died from natural causes…a lingering brain tumor recently diagnosed but apparently above and beyond medical science.

Mboya, who has apparently aborted the PPP for breach of promise, was first to sound the death of President-O.   Swahili and Uhuru greetings were the currency of self respect underlined by bereavement.  New York has had its fair share of multiples of necromancies but none has been as sweltering and thrilling like the funeral of this father of two boys…average ages 12…left to carry on in a world riddled with deceit and pressure.
The buses and HIGH OCCUPANCY VEHICLES have all returned to the suburbs of Virginia, Washington, Maryland, New Jersey, Boston and Connecticut.
Eusi Kwayana may have been absent but the ideals and ideas propagated by this young man …President-O…will remain constant in the consciousness of every Buxtonian and others who dare to demand a change in Guyana.  ASOMELYKAM.

Permit me please to take a   flashback at Mandela as he observes another significant milestone.  Mandela is still in hospital but is doing far better than expected.
